When a producer at The Zoomer contacted CFI Canada about participating in a show taping co-hosted by Conrad Black and Libby Znaimer, the answer had to be “yes”. How could we not !?
Now, we have some final details and I’m very glad that Dr. Christopher Di Carlo has agreed to participate as an Expert Advisor of CFI Canada. Looking over the agenda, I note that The Zoomer seems to have done a good job of balancing the panel…something I’ve recently not been pleased with at conferences in Vancouver and Toronto.
The Zoomer producers tell me that admission to the taping is free, parking is free and there is a hot lunch. Audience members need to send rsvp to: rsvp@zoomermedia.ca.
Here are the details:

April 15th happens to be the same date that Tim Caulfield will be speaking at a CFI Canada event in Toronto. If you were thinking of taking a day away from work, April 15th offers two interesting events in the GTA.
As these things go, I need to be in Ottawa for meetings on April 15th and will miss two great events (and special thanks to the CFIC volunteers in Toronto for work putting events together for the community). Watch the CFIC website and check with your local branch for events.
I do hope that many Canadian Atheist readers and CFI Canada members are able to attend both of these events with energy and enthusiasm.
Post Script: thanks to Sean McGuire and others for comments…I’ve edited the post with hopes of improving clarity.
